Job Details

Job :

  • Design and production of online Sport & Fantasy Football products (web and mobile): definition of functional scope (game mechanics, scoring rules, leagues, challenges), page prototyping, expression of needs with a strong ROI component, etc.

  • Improvement and continuous update of existing Sport and Fantasy products (features, engagement mechanics, seasonal updates).

  • Product development monitoring: coordination between project stakeholders (technical, graphic, data, animation / moderation, etc.) and functional teams.

  • Support in creating innovative engagement concepts: preparation of marketing briefs for promotional elements (landing pages, banner ads, newsletters, seasonal campaigns, etc.) in cooperation with Acquisition teams.

  • Reporting and analysis: monitoring and analyzing product performance (engagement, retention, seasonality), measurement of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Continuous optimization of customer journeys, UX and game flows while respecting profitability, ergonomics and accessibility constraints, as well as competitor benchmark (sport & fantasy market).

  • Creation and optimization of billing and monetization offers (subscriptions, entry fees, premium features) in coordination with the technical team.
     



Required profile :

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital product or project management.

  • Bachelor's degree from an Engineering/Computer Science School or a Marketing/Business School (or equivalent).

  • Strong ability to work in an AGILE environment and collaborate efficiently with technical teams.

  • Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, with a strong interest in digital ecosystems.

  • Comfortable with data analysis, performance tracking and KPI monitoring.

  • Business and ROI-oriented mindset, with strong commercial awareness.

  • Results-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, business).

  • Experience or strong interest in user acquisition, engagement and digital marketing strategies.

  • Ability to balance user experience, monetization and business objectives.

  • Innovative, proactive and comfortable taking initiative and ownership.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and common digital tools.

  • Fluent in French (additional languages are a plus).

  • Flexible to travel abroad when required.

  • Challenge-driven personality with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
