Job :
• Regularly consult public and private market tender publications
• Participate in understanding and qualifying client needs
• Contribute to preparing pre-qualification documents for tenders and sales process documents
• Update commercial and pre-sales activity tracking dashboards
• Participate in updating pre-sales presentations and KPIs
• Contribute to preparing tender responses
• Assist in consolidating tender response files
• Participate in updating the client and prospect database
• Contribute to organizing applications and formatting CVs
• Participate in organizing internal and client interviews
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals and quotes
• Contribute to updating information in internal tools
Required profile :
• Bachelor's to Master's degree (engineering school, business school, or equivalent)
• Interest in the IT sector and the digital environment
• Good analytical and synthesis skills
• Organized and rigorous
• Good team spirit and adaptability
• Good writing skills
• Good command of French (written and spoken), English is a plus
