Job :
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Sales Coach passionate about commercial performance and talent development to support our sales team towards excellence.
The mission of the position:
As a Sales Coach, you will play a key role in developing the skills of our sales teams. Your goal: boost performance, structure practices, and establish a true culture of closing deals and customer follow-up.
Responsibilities:
• Support, coach, and develop sales representatives (individual & collective)
• Analyze performance (conversion rates, sales cycles, pipeline…)
• Identify areas for improvement and implement concrete action plans
• Lead training sessions (prospecting, closing, negotiation, handling objections…)
• Structure and improve sales processes
• Participate in the implementation of sales tools and scripts
• Work closely with the Head of Sales / Management
Required profile :
• Significant experience in sales with a strong results-driven culture
• Experience in coaching, training, or sales management
• Excellent understanding of sales KPIs and sales cycles
• Ability to challenge constructively with kindness and high standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
