Job : The responsibilities of the N3/Delivery Leads (DL) are as follows:
- Is the Service Manager for the concerned domain:
o Analyzes major trends in incidents and implements corrective actions & continuous improvement, monitors and manages major incidents.
o Drives the analysis of problems and the update and improvement of procedures.
o Responds within deadlines to service line requests (e.g., Root Cause Analysis).
o Owns and manages the service levels of their domain.
o Implements relevant performance indicators for their domain's activity.
o Ensures the production and analysis of the dashboard, capacity planning, and improvement plans.
- Is the technical manager for the domain to which they have been appointed:
o Owns the technical documentation and related processes for their domain.
o Is responsible for operations, service levels, and reporting.
Interacts with other 'Delivery Leads and Referents' on additional technical needs of the account or community of 'Delivery Leads': sharing methods, procedures, impacting events, etc.
- Has a coordination role within the area of expertise they represent:
o Identifies with the team manager the technical resources needed to carry out projects and change management activities in their domain.
o Identifies and implements the industrialization plan for their activity.
o Is responsible for resolving customer escalations and in particular for identifying the necessary technical resources in their domain.
- Collaborates with other Delivery Leads on the account:
o If the service or issues encountered concern multiple domains, they rely on the DLs and SDM support to find a solution.
Required profile :
Education Level: Master's degree (Bac+5) or higher in Computer Networks and Systems.
Professional Experience Level:
8 years of experience in Unix Systems and Storage.

- Expertise: Middleware: WAS/WAS ND, Tomcat, JBOSS, Weblogic.
- Expertise: Storage: NETAPP, DELL, IBM, IBM DS, SAN, NAS, SAN Tools.
- Full Expertise: Servers and Systems: Linux, AIX, Solaris, AIX, HPUX.
- Full Mastery: Data Connections: IDE, SCSI, SATA, FC.
