• Handle phone and in-person reception for clients, partners, and visitors.


• Receive, filter, and direct incoming calls, while ensuring excellent service quality.


• Manage calendars, meeting scheduling, and logistical coordination (reservations, rooms, travel).


• Perform daily administrative tasks: writing letters, managing emails, filing, and archiving documents.


• Track and update customer databases, ensuring data entry and verification of information collected via calls.


• Prepare and provide necessary documents for teams (reports, minutes, support materials).


• Contribute to improving administrative processes and customer service by identifying areas for improvement.

• Required Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication in French (and possibly in English).

Good listening skills and the ability to handle calls professionally and courteously.

Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and call management/CRM software.

Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (versatility).

Team spirit and customer focus.

• Profile Sought:

Associate's degree (Bac+2) or higher in administration, management, or equivalent.

Experience in administrative assistance and/or call center is a plus.

Dynamic, proactive, and enjoys customer interaction.
