Reporting to the Financial Flows Manager, your main mission is to Ensure the reliability of disbursements and receipts.
To this end:
- Treasury Management:
- Perform matching of supplier accounts (ensure consistency between invoice and payment)
- Prepare and issue payment orders, transfers, checks according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Carry out declarations & Monitoring of rents and RAS (Fees, VAT, etc.)
- Carry out declarations for payment deadlines
- Feed the payment system based on the various payment methods
- Process expense report payments and foreign currency allowance requests for business travel (Payback)
- Prepare check payments (STC, maternity, suppliers, etc.)
- Perform bank reconciliations (accounting balance and bank balance)
- Daily monitoring of ASM entities' bank balances (explanation of movements).
- Take charge of entering bank disbursements and receipts (CA, Commissions, Anapec/IR/Mutuelle Reimbursement, etc.)
- Dossier Management and Monitoring:
- Perform a compliance check of purchasing files (Invoice, Contract, PO, Delivery Note, Minutes, etc.)
- Prepare the necessary documents for setting up foreign currency transfer files for the Exchange Office
- Prepare the necessary documents for setting up the VAT refund file (Invoices, AD, Request, Declaration, Detailed CA, ND, Bank Statement, etc.)
- Perform filing and archiving of payment and declaration files
- Monitor advance payments (Real Estate, Conviviality Budget, Commercial, Allowance, etc.)
Required profile :
You have a Bac+2 or higher degree and at least 5 years of experience as a Treasury Officer. Technical/Functional Skills
- General Accounting
- Regulations regarding foreign currency payment processing
- Knowledge of taxation
