• Ensure the operation of the manufacturing facilities under their responsibility by carrying out surveillance rounds, visual and auditory control of equipment;


• Guarantee the continuity of the manufacturing process and the preservation and reliability of the equipment under their responsibility;


• At the end of each shift, report on the status of the facilities under their responsibility and warn of any potential problems and noted anomalies that could turn into problems, and communicate the various measurements to the control room;


• Follow the Team Leader's instructions, particularly by providing assistance on equipment other than their own if necessary and participating in equipment maintenance during shutdowns;


• Ensure compliance with the health, Safety, Quality, Environment, and Energy standards in force within their area.


• Inform their hierarchy of non-conformities related to the environment and energy

Profile sought:

We are looking for an Electromechanic with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent role, ideally gained in heavy industry.

Expected qualities:

Calmness and composure: able to remain in control in all situations, detect abnormal behaviors and malfunctions, and remain constantly vigilant. In the event of an incident, they must quickly analyze the situation and make an appropriate decision.

Patience and rigor: essential for working on sensitive equipment and ensuring reliable diagnostics.

Sense of responsibility: strict adherence to instructions, safety procedures, and regulations related to the job.
