Your mission as a Technical Customer Advisor




As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will play an essential role by:




Responding to customer requests with precision: Handle incoming calls to answer questions and resolve technical issues, while ensuring thorough follow-up.
Resolving technical problems effectively: Analyze customer needs, identify suitable solutions, and guide users in solving their problems.
Demonstrating advanced technical skills: Use your skills to understand and resolve complex situations, while adopting the tools and technologies provided.

Master French and English perfectly, both written and spoken? ????
Have excellent communication skills: Are clear, educational, and patient, with the ability to explain technical solutions in an accessible way. ????
Demonstrate solid technical skills: Have a good understanding of digital tools, technical systems, and a curiosity to quickly learn new technologies. ????
Adopt a structured and proactive approach: Are organized, autonomous, and able to effectively manage priorities, even under pressure. ??
