Job :


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:






· Maintain accounting records in accordance with current rules and laws




· Comply with accounting and tax regulations




· Control accounting operations and the justification of all entries




· Validate accounting allocations




· Prepare closing operations and monthly and annual regularization operations




· Prepare tax declarations: VAT, Withholding tax, TP, Tax Return, ETIC… etc.




· Collect information necessary for account analysis: general ledgers, tracking statements, etc.




· Monitor and control the archiving of supporting documents that have been accounted for





Activities:




· Ensure the maintenance of accounting accounts




· Control accounting operations and the justification of all entries




· Validate accounting allocations




· Analyze and validate accounting accounts: Expense accounts, miscellaneous operation accounts, assets and liabilities, fixed asset accounts, treasury accounts, revenue accounts other than customer operation revenues




· Prepare closing operations and monthly and annual regularization operations




· Prepare Tax declarations: VAT, Withholding tax, TP, Tax Return, ETIC… etc.




· Collect information necessary for account analysis: general ledgers, tracking statements, etc.




· Monitor and control the archiving of supporting documents that have been accounted for






Required profile :


Technical Skills:





Financial Analysis:




· Ability to interpret financial statements and perform profitability analyses.





General and Cost Accounting:




· Mastery of accounting principles, including general and cost accounting.





Procedure Design:




· Development of effective accounting procedures and compliance with standards.





Budgeting Principles:




· Understanding of budgeting principles and management indicators.





Know-how:





Data Analysis:




· Ability to identify anomalies and ensure the consistency of financial data.





Procedure Implementation:




· Definition and application of control and operation monitoring procedures. Proficiency in creating and




tracking budgets, as well as in variance analysis.





Legal Compliance:




· Vigilance in complying with legal and regulatory obligations in accounting matters.
