As part of our business development, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Customer Managers. If you meet these criteria and wish to grow in a stimulating environment, then this opportunity is for you. 

As a Customer Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and directing individual and professional clients.
• Managing the cash desk and carrying out routine banking operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.).
• Ensuring treasury management (collecting or delivering funds, replenishing ATMs) with the Principal Customer Manager or Branch Manager.
• Processing financial instruments and centralizing accounting entries.
• Developing a client portfolio and marketing simplified banking products.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current standards.

• Bac+2/Bac+3 education: BTS, DTS, DUT, DEUG, or Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management, Accounting & Finance, or Commerce & Marketing.
• You are dynamic, independent, and a team player.
