Job :

The Key Account Manager will perform the functions of a Sales Manager within their defined scope of client accounts and partners. They are also responsible for developing their business and turnover with improved profitability (Margins targeted below the maximum acceptable risk threshold).





Task Description:





1. Business Development





  • Develop the client portfolio through prospecting

  • Negotiate collaboration terms with clients

  • Ensure achievement of turnover and margin objectives



2. Client Relationship Management





  • Manage the relationship with clients in the portfolio

  • Handle complaints

  • Ensure follow-up of payments and collections



3. Complete Sales Cycle





  • Produce technical and commercial proposals

  • Manage tenders (administrative, technical, financial file)

  • Oversee deliveries and invoicing



4. Monitoring and Reporting





  • Update opportunities in the CRM

  • Conduct competitive monitoring

  • Report to Management



5. Field Actions





  • Plan and carry out client visits

  • Participate in events (training, demonstrations)


Required profile :


Education and Experience:





  • With a degree in hydraulics or mechanical engineering, you have significant experience in a similar role.



Required technical skills and personal qualities:





  • Mastery of products in the industrial sector (mechanical, electro-mechanical);

  • You have strong negotiation skills and are results-oriented;

  • You are organized and able to work in a team;

  • You are independent and dynamic;

  • Perfect mastery of spoken and written French;

  • English is a plus.
