Tasks:
DevOps & Delivery Engineering (Hands-on)
Deployment and automation of infrastructures on GCP using Terraform for all applications in the scope.
Building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, prioritizing the use of GitLab.
Supporting developers in implementing Infrastructure as Code for microservices.
Industrialization of data flows around the OneHR (Workday) project: securing exchanges via API, SFTP, and Google Cloud Storage (GCS).
Operations & Service Quality
Supporting the Release Manager in securing, planning, and ensuring the quality of production releases.
Implementing proactive monitoring and rigorous incident tracking using the Grafana/ELK stack.
Continuous optimization of infrastructure performance and costs (FinOps).
Ensuring the security and technical consistency of all infrastructures in the scope.
Governance, Support & Sharing
Application of defined technical and security trajectories.
Assisting in the planning and tracking of the DFRH's annual technical objectives.
Maintaining a high level of technical documentation and rigor in deliveries ("make").
Supporting and providing tools for employees (HR squad and outside the squad) to facilitate the success of their missions.
Simplifying technical topics for product lines and sharing best strategies with technical teams.
Supporting the continuous technical skill development of the squad in Cloud and new technologies
