Join a dynamic company as a French-speaking Sales Advisor Top Performers. Based in Casablanca, Morocco, you will join a team where sales excellence is valued and performance is recognized.




Your main goal will be to actively contribute to the company's turnover growth through a proactive and results-oriented sales approach. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, while meeting and exceeding set targets.




Your daily tasks will include:





  • Identify and contact potential clients to offer them our products and services.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing the deal.

  • Provide personalized advice tailored to the specific needs of each client.

  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of client files and sales opportunities.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills.


Required profile :

To succeed in this role, you should have at least a High School Diploma (Bac). Higher education in sales would be a plus.





3 to 10 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in sales or export, is required. Candidates with prior experience in demanding, performance-driven environments will be particularly appreciated.




This position is for seasoned salespeople with excellent skills in:






  • Oral communication and active listening.


  • Negotiation and closing.


  • Client focus and service orientation.


  • Persuasion and conviction.


  • Autonomy and organization.

  • Perfect command of the French language is essential.

  • Previous experience in call centers would be a plus.
