Job :
Within the Development Department, you will be responsible for developing and retaining our network of partner brokers and prospects. You will contribute to the company's commercial development by managing a portfolio of brokers in a dedicated area, from one of our sites.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and retain a portfolio of brokers.
- Recruit new partners and support the existing network.
- Deploy the commercial strategy and promote the company's products.
- Ensure commercial follow-up, reporting, and competitive intelligence.
- Implement commercial actions and participate in events.
Required profile :
PROFILE SOUGHT:
• Education level BAC+2 to Bac+5 with a commercial orientation and/or specialization in insurance
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the insurance sector, in a commercial role (sales representative, technical sales...).
KNOW-HOW:
• Good knowledge of local brokerage and agent networks
• Proficiency in collective health and disability products and for the self-employed / Property and casualty insurance products for individuals
• Mastery of remote sales techniques
• Management of commercial/promotional events
