Job :
As a Last Mile Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimal delivery experience for our customers, by ensuring the performance and reliability of the service. Your tasks include:
- Managing order delivery activity: ensure daily tracking of delivery flows and guarantee deadlines are met.
- Adapting resources and means: plan and adjust staff and vehicles based on operational needs and volumes.
- Implementing and monitoring KPIs: define, analyze, and track last mile performance indicators (deadlines, success rate, customer satisfaction, costs).
- Managing specific flows: supervise the delivery process, from payment to delivery and the management of store returns.
Required profile :
- Education: Associate's degree (Bac+2) to Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in logistics, supply chain, transport, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in operational logistics management, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
Key skills:
- Good command of logistics management tools and KPI tracking.
