Job :

• Management of repositories:

- Create the necessary job descriptions based on AXA's evolving needs

- Ensure the update of job descriptions and career paths in the management tool

- Ensure the job evaluation of new AXA positions

- Contribute to the evolution of the skills repository, its implementation and its update across all tools

used at AXA

- Contribute to the analysis and evolution of AXA jobs

- Ensure the update of HR tools

Talent Management:

- Contribute to the development of typical career paths

- Contribute to the development of typical training paths per position.

- Contribute to the update and evolution of career management rules

- Contribute to the implementation of the skills assessment process and its use

• Management and organization of Assessment centers:

- Plan and coordinate Assessment Center sessions, ensuring the availability of evaluators and participants.

- Collaborate with HR teams to develop new exercises and simulations adapted to the current needs of ASM

- Assist in the Assessment Center exercise to observe candidates and evaluate their skills and behaviors.

- Prepare and plan detailed feedback for each candidate, highlighting their strengths and areas for

improvement.

• Management of the support program for the Manager pool:

- Centralize the list of managers in the pool and coordinate with the Talent Agency team to plan the various sessions.

- Identify "Mentor" managers responsible for field support.

- Organize regular check-ins with "Mentor" managers to monitor the progress of managers in the pool and propose

corrective actions.

- Ensure continuous communication and follow-up with all stakeholders throughout the program.

- Facilitate exchanges between managers for sharing best practices and offering personalized advice.

- Write regular reports on training and support activities

• Project Management:

- Contribute to HR Development projects

- Ensure the coordination of information and new processes / projects with HR / support teams

- Contribute to the deployment of projects with clients (operational and functional)

- Provide feedback to validate project profitability:
Collect data
Analyze data
Measure results and compare them to defined objectives

- Contribute to adjustments following feedback 






Required profile :

You have a Master's degree (BAC+5) with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
