Manage consolidation work and reporting, and ensure the reliability of accounting and tax data communicated to the group, while respecting IFRS standards and group reporting standards. 

Roles and Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact and justify the data in the reports communicated to Group auditors and statutory auditors.
Prepare and ensure the consistency of monthly consolidated financial statements.
Prepare annual consolidated financial statements in IFRS and participate in specific annual closing tasks.
Complete periodic accounting and tax reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) according to the Group's calendar:
Extract necessary data from SAP to complete group reports.
Perform necessary adjustments in compliance with applicable IFRS standards.
Enter adjusted data into the Group's consolidation tool.
Analyze and ensure the reliability of figures and data communicated to the Group and local authorities.
Justify requests for analysis and explanations of changes in accounting accounts.
Perform accounting account analysis tasks.
Prepare consolidated ETIC statements.
Develop and improve the consolidation process.
Monitor regulatory compliance (Moroccan laws and international standards).
Participate in IT system improvement project groups.
Participate in internal and external audits and manage relationships with statutory auditors.
Participate in the preparation of procedures for the accounting aspect.
Participate in the selection and recruitment of personnel for the Department.
Propose training and development needs for team members.
Encourage the sharing and transfer of expertise within the business lines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any incidents to the safety officer and management.
Ensure compliance with conformity requirements and professional conduct through organizational and procedural measures in accordance with Group guidelines.





Candidate Profile

Higher education degree (BAC+5) in Accounting and Taxation.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company or with an audit firm.
Languages: Arabic, French, English
SAP R/3, office tools
Autonomous, rigorous, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
High adaptability.
