As part of its business development, Foods & Goods is hiring a National Manager for the Traditional Channel.

Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy for the traditional circuit nationwide.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

• Define and manage the commercial strategy for the traditional channel


• Structure, recruit, and motivate the national sales force


• Develop the presence of brands in the Traditional channel (grocery stores, supermarkets, wholesalers...)


• Monitor commercial performance and track key indicators


• Implement corrective action plans and optimize profitability


• Ensure a strong field presence and support the sales teams

With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have significant experience in the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), with strong exposure to the traditional channel.

You have:

• Approximately 10 years of experience minimum, including some in managing sales teams


• Excellent knowledge of the traditional retail network


• Solid experience in managing sales forces


• Recognized leadership and a strong ability to unite teams


• A results-oriented approach and a strong field presence

Languages: Fluent Arabic and French – English is a plus
