Job :

The group branch manager supports the implementation and development of the organization's activity within their group of branches. They act under the responsibility of the Regional Director.




To this end, they assume the following missions:




1. Participate in the development of the strategy and its translation into action plans, and ensure their implementation.
2. Ensure the development of Financial Activities, according to the set objectives.
3. Ensure the preservation and development of the organization's assets.
4. Develop and preserve the Brand within their perimeter.
5. Ensure optimal and sustainable management of the resources of their group of branches.
6. Ensure compliance with current procedures and processes.
7. Act as a link between their group of branches and the regional management.






Required profile :

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Financial Management, Economics, or Business;




- 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector, including 2 years of successful experience in branch management;




- You have strong team management and leadership skills;




- You are dynamic and rigorous;




- You have good interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities.
