Job :
• Supervise all construction and finishing works of the structures
• Check that the work carried out complies with the project plans and specifications
• Plan and ensure that deadlines are met by the various parties involved
• Coordinate all service providers and project management
• Assist and participate in the acceptance of works by project management
• Ensure the delivery of goods or structures and provide after-sales service and ensure proper operation during use
Required profile :
2-year degree or professional license in civil engineering and building construction
8 years of experience in project management
Monitoring of the budget, deadlines, and quality of the construction site.
Knowledge of safety standards and building regulations.
Good organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions on the construction site.
