Job :
Missions:
To lead and ensure the completion of construction or expansion projects for logistics platforms, from preparation to delivery, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, and execution quality.
Your responsibilities:
Operational management:
- Ensure site supervision for the entire construction site.
- Ensure the good quality of execution in accordance with plans, standards, and current requirements.
Budget management:
- Estimate the project implementation budget (works, services, equipment...) and ensure its follow-up.
- Have the budget validated by the CSI.
Internal & external coordination:
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (operations, maintenance, IT, security...) and external ones (project managers, architects, design offices, companies).
- Lead site meetings in collaboration with the MOD.
- Ensure the administrative compliance of the project (permits, insurance, regulatory checks, and acceptances).
Required profile : With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Civil Engineering, you have over 8 years of proven experience in which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to lead construction projects (building / civil engineering) with a high level of expertise.
- Ability to master the sequencing of work and ensure its coherence.
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
