Join our dynamic team within a company in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Bicycles sector, located in Kénitra! As a Maintenance Technician, your main mission will be to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes. You will be a key player in the performance and reliability of our facilities.
Your main objectives will be to guarantee the optimal availability of production equipment, reduce downtime, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance interventions. You will actively contribute to operational safety and the improvement of the site's overall performance. Achieving these objectives requires a rigorous approach, great responsiveness, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the company's various teams.
On a daily basis, your tasks include:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnosing breakdowns and finding effective and lasting solutions.
- Managing the stock of spare parts and ordering supplies.
- Strictly adhering to safety standards and internal procedures.
- Writing intervention reports and monitoring performance indicators.
- Proposing improvements to optimize maintenance processes.
- Actively participating in continuous improvement projects.
You will work closely with production teams to ensure quick and effective intervention in case of breakdowns.
Required profile :
The ideal profile requires a Bac +2 level of education (equivalent to a 2-year higher education degree) with a specialization in Production / Quality / Safety / Maintenance. In-depth knowledge of industrial production equipment is a major asset. Further training in the automotive field would be a significant plus. Your education has allowed you to develop solid technical foundations and the ability to apply your knowledge in a demanding environment.
We are looking for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. Experience in an industrial environment is highly appreciated, especially in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Bicycles sector. This experience has allowed you to develop practical skills and the ability to manage complex situations. Proficiency in maintenance management tools is an asset.
