The LABELVIE CARREFOUR franchisee is recruiting FRUIT AND VEGETABLE DEPARTMENT MANAGERS in CASABLANCA (CITY CENTER)
Reporting to the store manager, your role is to manage your FRUIT AND VEGETABLE department, ensuring that your turnover and profitability meet the set objectives.
Missions:
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
• Guarantee the 4 Ps in the Department (Place. Price. Promotion. Presentation/Cleanliness)
• Manage and develop your department based on set objectives (Turnover. Margin. Stock..).
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules.
• Respect the brand's commercial policy.
• Build a good image for the fresh produce department and build customer loyalty.
• Organize the work of your team and ensure close management.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
With a high school diploma (BAC) or equivalent (BAC +2), you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in retail, during which you have developed the following skills:
-Ability to set the margin and selling prices.
-Ability to define product assortments and layouts.
-Ability to manage orders and maintain the lowest possible stock levels.
-Ability to make suggestions to improve results.
-Ability to ensure a reasonable margin is achieved.
-Autonomy & responsiveness, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and synthesis abilities are the assets and key success factors for this position.
