Job :


Job Responsibilities:





  • Handle telephone and in-person reception of clients, partners, and visitors.

  • Receive, filter, and direct incoming calls, while ensuring impeccable service quality.

  • Manage calendars, meeting scheduling, and logistical coordination (reservations, rooms, travel).

  • Perform daily administrative tasks: drafting correspondence, managing emails, filing, and archiving documents.

  • Track and update client databases, ensure data entry and verification of information collected via calls.

  • Prepare and provide necessary documents for teams (reports, meeting minutes, materials).

  • Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and customer service by identifying optimization opportunities.




Required profile :


Profile Sought:





  • Minimum Bac+2 (equivalent to an Associate's degree or higher) in administration, management, or equivalent.

  • Experience in administrative support and/or call center is a plus.



Required Skills:





  • Excellent command of French: ability to produce impeccable communications (emails, administrative documents) for French-speaking contacts.

  • High professional rigor and strict adherence to deadlines: flawless file tracking, timely follow-ups, complete document management.

  • Good command of office tools and ATS: advanced use of Excel, Outlook, and ability to quickly learn new tools.

  • Sense of organization and priority management: ability to effectively structure your workday and handle tasks according to urgency and importance.

  • Strong writing skills: ability to write clear, structured emails with a professional, friendly, yet firm tone during follow-ups.

  • Team spirit: ability to collaborate effectively with different people and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
