The LABELVIE CARREFOUR franchisee is recruiting store managers in CASABLANCA (CITY CENTER)
The role of the store manager is to develop, manage, and monitor the store's performance in order to increase turnover and profitability in accordance with the defined commercial strategy.
Missions :
• Manage, run, and supervise a team.
• Oversee the proper management of stocks.
• Ensure the proper reception of supplier orders, quality control, and stock control.
• Manage open orders and consumables.
• Organize work and supervise the team.
• Leadership, Interpersonal & communication skills, Analytical & synthesis skills,
• Initiative & responsiveness and Customer focus; are the assets and key success factors for this position.
Required profile :
Profile sought :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher
- At least 3 years of experience in the supermarket sector
- Ability to motivate and mobilize teams.
- Good interpersonal and field skills.
