Job :
Reporting to the Agency Manager, you will play a key role in developing business activity and managing customer relationships.
As such, you will be required to:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities in your area of intervention;
- Build, manage, and retain a client portfolio;
- Identify client needs and offer them suitable financing solutions;
- Actively promote the Foundation's products and services;
- Ensure follow-up of client files and maintain the quality of the portfolio;
- Carry out recovery operations and contribute to risk management;
- Actively participate in the development and visibility of the agency.
Required profile :
You have a Bac+3 degree (or equivalent) in management, commerce, accounting, or a related field.
You ideally have previous experience in a sales or customer relations role.
