• Be the local technical boss for Data & AI teams


• Help engineering teams with their work and technical problems


• Work with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads in Paris


• Make sure teams follow the AFA rules, methods, and best ways of working


• Encourage a strong culture for Data & AI engineering


• Build a sense of togetherness and teamwork in the local team


• Help the team grow by helping with technical job searching and hiring


• Act as a link between the teams in Morocco and France

• Lots of experience in Data Engineering / AI / ETL


• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or Lead Data Engineer


• Good understanding of data structure and data flow


• Experience working with teams in different places


• Strong skills in leading and guiding others


• Ability to help with work delivery and technical choices
