Job :
Reporting to the Head of Social Relations, your main mission is to contribute to maintaining a social climate conducive to employee well-being by carrying out support, advice, and awareness tasks
As such:
Social Management
Support employees in difficulty in a confidential and supportive environment.
Contribute to the prevention and resolution of social conflicts.
Monitor the social climate and identify sensitive situations.
Prevention of Psychosocial Risks (PSR)
Participate in prevention and awareness actions in collaboration with occupational health.
Handle alerts and situations related to PSR in conjunction with HR teams and managers.
Monitor PSR indicators (absenteeism, reports, social climate) and propose action plans.
Employee Experience & Well-being at Work
Contribute to the improvement of employee engagement, social dialogue, and well-being.
Participate in internal communication on social issues.
Support the implementation of social and Quality of Life at Work policies.
Legal & Litigation Management
Ensure compliance with labor law and good social practices.
Follow disciplinary cases and social disputes.
Prepare and follow cases before the competent authorities (Labor Inspectorate, courts, etc.).
Advise managers on the legal aspects of labor relations.
Reporting & Monitoring
Prepare monitoring sheets and activity reports.
Update social dashboards.
Report sensitive or at-risk situations to management.
Ensure the archiving and filing of documents.
Required profile :
You have at least 4 years of experience in the same position.
