Job :
Cash Management
1- Managing relationships with financial partners
- Maintain regular communication with financial partners.
- Verify and monitor the proper execution of financial contracts and agreements.
2- Monitoring operations with financial partners
- Monitor and control financial flows (payments, disbursements, collections, commissions,
- reconciliations, invoicing, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders: treasury, accounting, and IT.
- Ensure the traceability of operations in internal systems.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of financial data related to partnerships.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership performance (financial indicators, risks).
- Handle applications to the Exchange Office, monitor agreements, and reporting.
3- Monitoring branch operations
- Monitor branch flows (collections, disbursements, fund calls, etc.).
- Calculate and monitor cash and safe balances.
- Produce analyses on treasury operations, both established and on-demand.
- Various projects related to the "Treasury & Financing" function.
- Propose and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business processes.
- Contribute to various projects aimed at improving business processes.
- Participate in the implementation or evolution of tools.
Required profile :
- Degree in finance, accounting, or economics (Master's preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a banking or financial environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting tools;
- Knowledge of banking operations and current regulations.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze financial data and interpret key performance indicators.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
