Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
Create, use, and watch effective performance management systems.
Help with setting goals, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback with HRBPs and leaders.
Give training sessions and workshops to build a culture focused on performance.
Watch and check how well performance management work is doing, and suggest improvements.
Compensation Management:
Look at market trends and compare salaries to make sure the company's pay structure is competitive.
Manage the yearly salary review process, including quarterly and monthly pay changes, making sure it's fair and consistent.
Create and use bonus and incentive plans, including long-term ones, to encourage employees.
Guide HR and managers on job reviews, salary talks, and reward strategies.
Benefits Administration:
Oversee the design, communication, and management of employee benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Stay updated on new laws and make sure rules are followed.
Work with benefits providers and agents to get good deals.
Answer employee questions about benefits and help with enrollment.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Use data tools to study pay, benefits, and performance information, giving insights for decisions.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for top management on key numbers, trends, and costs.
Do special studies to help HR and business projects.
Compliance and Policy Development:
Make sure local, regional, and national rules for pay, benefits, and performance management are followed.
Create, update, and share rules and procedures for total rewards and employee performance.
Help with audits by giving needed documents.
Employee Engagement:
Work with HR and management to create plans that improve employee involvement through performance management, pay, and benefits.
Organize workshops and training to teach employees about performance expectations and reward programs.
Required profile :
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field. A professional certificate (like Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
At least 12-15 years of experience in performance management, compensation, and benefits roles.
Good understanding of performance review systems, pay structures, benefits programs, and legal requirements.
Great skills in analysis, numbers, and reporting.
Strong people and communication skills to talk with everyone at all levels.
Good at using HR systems, performance management tools, and data analysis software.
Very honest and able to keep secret information private.
