The main objective of this position is to lead and develop marketing actions aimed at increasing our visibility and recognition, while ensuring the promotion and maintenance of the highest quality standards within our operations. This involves translating the company's strategic directions into concrete initiatives, both commercially and in terms of operational excellence. This role is designed for you to have a significant impact on the perception of our products and services, and to ensure continuous customer satisfaction through impeccable quality standards. You will be responsible for aligning our offers with market expectations, while ensuring that every aspect of our production meets and exceeds established standards.





As part of your responsibilities, several key missions will punctuate your daily work. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the metallurgy sector. This includes managing our advertising campaigns, creating relevant content, and participating in trade shows. In parallel, a significant part of your work will involve supervising and continuously improving our quality systems. You will be in charge of defining key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, analyzing data, proposing corrective and preventive action plans, and coordinating internal and external audits. You will play a crucial role in training teams on best quality and marketing practices, thus ensuring a uniform understanding and application of company standards.






  • Develop and execute targeted marketing plans.


  • Manage internal and external communication tools.


  • Analyze market trends and competition.


  • Supervise the implementation and adherence to quality standards (e.g., ISO).


  • Conduct quality audits and follow up on improvement plans.


  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure product compliance.


  • Manage quality and marketing documentation.



Required profile :


To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required. Higher education in fields such as industrial production, quality management, industrial safety, or maintenance would be a major asset, equipping you with the fundamental knowledge needed to understand the technical and operational challenges of our sector. This solid academic background will enable you to easily grasp the challenges related to both marketing and quality in a demanding industrial environment.





We are looking for someone with professional experience between 1 and 3 years. This period is ideal for gaining a practical understanding of market imperatives and industrial quality requirements, while maintaining flexibility and a desire to innovate. Whether this experience was gained in operational marketing or in the implementation of quality systems, it must demonstrate an ability to manage responsibilities and achieve tangible results. Initial exposure to the metallurgy or steel industry would be particularly appreciated, although we remain open to candidates with transferable experience.





Beyond academic qualifications and experience, certain skills are essential for success. Excellent communication, both written and oral, is indispensable for effective interaction with various stakeholders. You must demonstrate great rigor and a keen sense of organization to manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines and standards are met. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential to identify marketing opportunities and quality non-conformities, and to provide effective solutions. Proficiency in common computer tools, including office software and ideally CRM or quality management tools, is also expected.
