Job :

Join our dynamic company in the IT sector, ideally located in Tangier. An exciting opportunity is available for those who aspire to grow in a stimulating environment. Your main mission will be to provide essential administrative support to our teams, thereby contributing to the smooth running of our daily operations.




As an Administrative Assistant, your goals will be to ensure rigorous organization of the workspace, facilitate internal and external communication, and actively participate in managing routine administrative tasks. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the operational efficiency of our organization.




Your days will be structured by a variety of key tasks:





  • Impeccable written French 

  • Rigor and respect for deadlines 

  • Mastery of office tools and ATS: Excel, Outlook, and the ability to quickly master a new tool

  • Ability to organize yourself and prioritize daily tasks

  • Know how to write a structured email

  • Same for teamwork




Required profile :

To be eligible for this position, a Bac +2 level of education is required. Specialized training in Executive Assistantship or General Services would be a major asset, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the profession's requirements.




Experience is a key factor. We are looking for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles. This period should have allowed you to master the basics of the administrative assistant profession and become familiar with professional environments.
