Job :
We are looking for a "Senior Controller Customer Relations Monitoring" profile with good knowledge of the legal and commercial framework of SRMs in Morocco.
Main Mission:
- Monitor contractual commitments related to customers in view of contractual specifications
- Analyze and monitor customer services provided by SRM-CS as well as the execution of the Management Contract
- Carry out on-site control missions and prepare mission reports
- Conduct audits launched on customer aspects.
Experience in the distribution sector required
Required profile :
Required Education and Skills:
- Degree "Bac+5" (Master's degree) or equivalent in Management Control or Commercial Management Sciences.
- Professional experience of 5 to 15 years;
- Mastery of customer relationship management tools (CRM, business ERP);
- Ability to analyze technical reports and customer indicator dashboards;
- Knowledge of service quality standards;
- Mastery of advanced Excel, ERP, and commercial management systems.
