Job :

Position:





  • Decline the group's communication plan at the site level in close collaboration with the Communication Manager.

  • Ensure the development of various internal and external communication materials through Graphic Designers (guides, welcome booklets, brochures, posters, information and awareness materials, integration kits, various internal and external event materials...etc).

  • Update the group's website content and the digital content of social networks.

  • Moderate and manage the group's social media pages.

  • Take charge of the organization and ensure the smooth running of all internal and external events (Annual parties, marketing calendar events, Celebrations of all kinds).

  • Participate in the creation of the editorial plan in collaboration with the Manager and ensure its implementation.

  • Work in project mode with all stakeholders for the realization of all communication actions planned in the initial schedule.

  • Animate site life through friendly and creative actions ensuring the establishment of a good working environment and a high level of employee motivation.

  • Aim through all communication actions to create and maintain an excellent company image both internally and externally.

  • Project management.

  • Event management.

  • Development and deployment of communication strategy and plan - online and offline.

  • Good knowledge/mastery of communication channels - Digital and offline.

  • Competitive intelligence.

  • Reporting and KPI measurement.

Required profile :


  • A degree in Communication/Marketing/Business.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the call center industry.

  • Interpersonal skills and experience in animation and event management.

  • Knowledge of intelligence gathering and information research techniques.


  • A good experience in the strategic use of social media.

  • Advanced proficiency in computer tools; the Office suite and Adobe.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.

  • Creativity.

  • Mastery of animation techniques.

  • Organizational skills and ability to make proposals.
