As a Technical Coordinator, your objectives will focus on ensuring the maintenance and performance of all infrastructures and equipment. You will ensure the smooth flow of daily operations by anticipating needs and effectively resolving any technical issues, thereby contributing to offering a memorable experience to our customers and an optimal working environment for our teams.
Your main tasks will include supervising and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance operations. You will be responsible for planning technical interventions, managing material stocks, and liaising with external service providers. An important part of your role will be to monitor work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
More specifically, you will be required to:
- Manage the schedule of technical interventions and ensure their proper execution.
- Supervise maintenance teams and/or subcontractors.
- Control the quality of work performed and compliance with deadlines.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of maintenance budgets.
- Ensure that installations comply with current regulations.
- Intervene when necessary on common technical issues.
Required profile :
For this position, a Bac +2 (2-year higher education degree) is required. Training in Hotel / Restaurant trades, or a related technical field, would be particularly appreciated, equipping you with the fundamental knowledge needed to understand the challenges of our sector.
We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Whether in technical management, facility maintenance, or technical project coordination, your background has allowed you to develop a structured approach and a good understanding of operations in an operational environment.
Your technical skills, combined with your service orientation, will make the difference. Proficiency in maintenance management tools, good knowledge of safety standards, and the ability to solve problems quickly are essential. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
