You will play a key role in the well-being of employees and the quality of work life.



Your tasks:



  • Support employees facing personal or health difficulties.
  • Advise and guide them towards appropriate resources.
  • Ensure confidentiality and manage social files.
    Implement actions that promote health and work-life balance.

Required profile :
  • You have a degree in social or paramedical field (Bachelor's degree minimum) and at least 3 years of experience in social support.
  • You are fluent in French and show listening skills, empathy, and discretion.
  • Your ability to support others and manage sensitive situations, especially those related to employee health and well-being, will make a difference.
