Job :
As part of our continued development, we are recruiting telephone advisors for customer support and relations.
Reporting to the manager, your main tasks will be:
- Contacting clients who have received a pre-approval for their credit application
- Assisting clients in finalizing their online applications
- Requesting the required documents from clients
- Answering their questions and managing case follow-ups
Required profile :
Previous experience in customer relations is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer tools
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in case management.

- Ability to work in a team and achieve set goals.
