Job :

As part of our continued development, we are recruiting telephone advisors for customer support and relations.



Reporting to the manager, your main tasks will be:



  • Contacting clients who have received a pre-approval for their credit application
  • Assisting clients in finalizing their online applications
  • Requesting the required documents from clients
  • Answering their questions and managing case follow-ups

Required profile :

Previous experience in customer relations is a plus



Skills:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer tools
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in case management.



Personal Qualities:
- Dynamic, empathetic, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve set goals.
