As a Technical Telephone Advisor, your main tasks will be to:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents remotely;
- Record steps in our ticketing tool;
- Manage escalations and enrich our knowledge base.
Required profile :
You hold a Bac +2/3 degree in IT, with proven skills in Windows, Office 365, networks, and ITIL.
You have previous experience in a similar role, which would be a plus.
