Job :
We are looking for an organized and proactive Marketing Specialist to support our marketing activities in Morocco. This position is primarily focused on coordinating training sessions, workshops, events, and offline marketing activities, to ensure effective preparation and execution of all marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the sales and technical teams to strengthen partner engagement, improve brand visibility, and support customer education through well-organized events and marketing activities.
Main Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate customer training sessions, partner workshops, and internal training
• Prepare training materials, attendance lists, and post-training reports
• Plan and support the organization of exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and partner events
• Prepare offline marketing materials such as brochures, roll-ups, banners, and giveaways
• Coordinate with designers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
• Support booth preparation and ensure brand visibility during exhibitions
• Maintain a follow-up of marketing activities and training sessions
• Prepare internal reports and ensure follow-up of activities
• Ensure all marketing activities are carried out on time and with a high level of quality
Required profile :
The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. They should have experience in coordinating events, training sessions, or marketing activities, and be comfortable in a dynamic B2B environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or training organization
• Experience in organizing workshops, events, exhibitions, or seminars
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented individual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
