Our multinational corporation is recruiting BILINGUAL speakers customer service representatives for inbound and outbound call handling on behalf of a leading entertainment company in Canada(Canadian Radio).
As part of a young and dynamic team, your responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring efficient management of various customer transactions (inbound/outbound calls)
• Presenting, promoting, and enhancing the brand image, products, and services
• Familiarizing yourself with, mastering, and communicating procedures, specifics related to different product categories, terms of sale, and legal obligations
• Adhering to the company’s policies and procedures regarding security and confidentiality
Required profile :
• An excellent command of English and French
• High level of interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management techniques (CRM)
• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and understanding of customer needs
• Customer-oriented attitude (smile, courtesy, empathy, active listening)
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Ability to work night shifts
