Job :
As part of your role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of varied and stimulating tasks. You will ensure active prospecting for new clients and the development of the existing portfolio by implementing targeted commercial actions. Managing commercial negotiations, from proposal to contract conclusion, will be an integral part of your daily work. You will develop sales arguments and present our products and services persuasively. Competitive and sector analysis will also be necessary to adapt our offers and strategies.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement the annual commercial action plan in line with the company's strategy.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve set objectives.
- Monitor and analyze commercial performance indicators (turnover, margins, market share).
- Manage relationships with strategic clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, both nationally and internationally.
- Participate in the development of pricing policy and commercial offers.
- Regularly report to management on commercial performance and market outlook.
Required profile :
Education:
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum, ideally with a specialization in commerce or sales.
Experience: • 3 to 5 years of experience in a field sales position, with increasing responsibility.
• Proven experience in the metallurgy or steel industry is a decisive asset.

Other Requirements:
• Excellent command of French (oral and written).
• Proficiency in office tools and CRM software.
• Rigor and professionalism in case follow-up.
• Proficiency in another language is a plus.
