Job :

In your role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of varied and stimulating tasks. You will actively prospect for new clients and develop the existing customer base by implementing targeted commercial actions. Managing commercial negotiations, from proposals to contract closing, will be an integral part of your daily work. You will develop sales arguments and present our products and services persuasively. Competitive and sector-based market analysis will also be necessary to adapt our offers and strategies.




More specifically, your responsibilities will include:





  • Developing and implementing the annual commercial action plan in line with the company's strategy.

  • Leading, motivating, and coaching the sales team to achieve set objectives.

  • Monitoring and analyzing commercial performance indicators (turnover, margins, market share).

  • Managing relationships with key clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Identifying and developing new market opportunities, both nationally and internationally.

  • Participating in the development of pricing policies and commercial offers.

  • Regularly reporting to management on commercial performance and market outlooks.




Required profile :


Education:




• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher, ideally with a specialization in commerce or sales.
Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a field sales position, with increasing responsibilities.
• Proven experience in the metal or steel industry is a decisive asset.





Key Skills:




• Sales & Negotiation: Mastery of sales cycles and negotiation techniques.
• Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and unite a sales team.
• Strategic Analysis: Aptitude to analyze markets, identify trends, and develop action plans.
• Client Relations: Interpersonal skills, good listening abilities, and talent for building lasting trust.
• Autonomy & Organization: Strong initiative, organization, and priority management skills.





Other Requirements:




• Excellent command of French (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in office tools and CRM software.
• Rigor and professionalism in case follow-up.
• Proficiency in another language is a plus.
