Job :

We are looking for a profile of "Senior Controller of Administrative and HR Aspects" with good knowledge of HR management regulations in Morocco and administrative and budgetary management procedures.




Main Mission:





  • Analyze and examine data related to human resources aspects - Monitor and control the supervision of administrative and logistics aspects at SPC-CS

  • Ensure the monitoring of administrative and HR projects launched within SPC and the reporting of related results

  • Launch and monitor HR audits



Experience in the distribution sector is a plus.






Required profile :


Required Education and Skills:





  • Holder of a "Bac+5" degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Social Law, Management, or similar.

  • Professional experience of more than 15 years;

  • Good HR Skills (training, recruitment...).

  • Mastery of administrative procedures.

  • Legal knowledge is a plus.

  • Perfect mastery of tools
