Job :
We are looking for a profile of "Senior Controller of Administrative and HR Aspects" with good knowledge of HR management regulations in Morocco and administrative and budgetary management procedures.
Main Mission:
- Analyze and examine data related to human resources aspects - Monitor and control the supervision of administrative and logistics aspects at SPC-CS
- Ensure the monitoring of administrative and HR projects launched within SPC and the reporting of related results
- Launch and monitor HR audits
Experience in the distribution sector is a plus.
Required profile :
Required Education and Skills:
- Holder of a "Bac+5" degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Social Law, Management, or similar.
- Professional experience of more than 15 years;
- Good HR Skills (training, recruitment...).
- Mastery of administrative procedures.
- Legal knowledge is a plus.
- Perfect mastery of tools
