Job :

Assigned to the Store, your role is to supervise customer reception and information and ensure the management of the store's financial flows while optimizing customer checkout.


To do this, your areas of responsibility are:





  • Distribute, plan, and control the work of your team;

  • Carry out cash transactions between the safe and the cash registers;

  • Count the cash register funds;

  • Train employees in job techniques;

  • Ensure the follow-up of cancellation badges;

  • Ensure the connectivity and proper functioning of the cash register equipment;

  • Guarantee an optimal level of customer reception, information, and satisfaction.


Required profile :

  • With a Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree in Finance/Management or equivalent; you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in retail;

  • You master office tools and the information system related to the job;

  • Customer service orientation, self-control/stress and conflict management, and rigor/respect for rules and procedures are the key success factors for this position.
