Job :
Reporting to the Director of Risk Management, Compliance, and Quality, your main responsibilities will be:
Supervision and management of permanent control and compliance control activities
Develop and implement the permanent control and compliance control plan;
Define the second-level permanent control frameworks for the identified scope (control plans, control points, samples, etc.);
Ensure the execution of first-level control operations;
Issue and validate recommendations from controls and ensure their implementation is monitored;
Update the internal control procedures manual;
Investigate declared operational incidents and propose related recommendations.
Ensure follow-up on the resolution of detected anomalies and the implementation of corrective actions;
Produce periodic activity reports.
Present results to the Management Committee.
Risk Management
Populate and update the risk map and the operational risk management system;
Set up, lead, and coordinate the reporting of incident-related information;
Propose corrective and preventive actions to mitigate identified operational risks;
Lead awareness and training workshops on operational risk management.
Produce a summary risk report for management;
Compliance and Quality
Ensure regulatory watch and manage compliance action plans;
Promote a risk culture and best internal control practices.
Coordinate quality internal audit missions with all departments;
Prepare documents for the regulator and the parent company.
Required profile :
• Master's degree (Bac + 5) in audit / management control / risk management / finance;
• Minimum of 7 years of experience required in a similar position.
Required technical skills:
• Strong command of second-level control;
• Ability to populate and update a risk map;
• Aptitude for conducting quality internal audit missions.
