Job :
Daily Tasks:
- Prepare the customer's service appointment (availability of spare parts, workshop resources, technical information, service history……).
- Receive the customer according to applicable standards.
- Confirm the work to be done with the customer and establish the repair order.
- Update the customer's database (Address, email, phone number……).
- Follow up on ongoing repairs with workshop staff.
- Coordinate with the customer on the progress of maintenance and/or repair work.
- Prepare the vehicle for delivery to the customer.
- Explain the work performed to the customer (labor and spare parts).
- Invoice the repair file.
- Deliver the vehicle to the customer.
Required profile :
- Specialized Technician Diploma in Automotive (BAC+2).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.
