Join our dynamic team in the mining sector as a Site Human Resources Manager. You will actively contribute to Human Resources Management within our company.

You will be responsible for:
Implementing the human resources management policy defined by the company
Implementing the various projects arising from the company's HR strategy (mobility, recruitment monitoring, annual development interviews, etc.)
Ensuring the onboarding and integration of new hires in collaboration with the occupational health department and the HSE department
Monitoring the recruitment and integration of new temporary hires
Monitoring interns
Monitoring employee career development
Implementing and leading various HR processes
Maintaining employee individual files
Managing employee administration (leave, timekeeping, employee requests, disciplinary management, etc.)
Listening to and resolving employee grievances and following up on their requests in all HR areas
Participating in HR diagnostics
Producing HR activity reports
Developing HR dashboards
Ensuring compliance with social regulations and legal obligations
Overseeing the implementation and monitoring of social protection and health regulations (work accidents, illness, etc.).
Developing and updating organizational charts and job descriptions in conjunction with the managed departments
Contributing to the improvement of working conditions and organization
Organizing professional elections and setting up joint committees.
Maintaining relations with social partners (employee representatives, labor inspector, etc.)
Geographical location of the position: Zgounder mine, Askaoun Commune, Taliouine District, Taroudant Province.
Working hours: 20 days work / 10 days off rotation - 9.5 hours of work per day.

Required profile :
Holding a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources Management.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in human resources management, in the mining, cement, steel, or construction sectors.
Required skills:
A strong knowledge and experience of all aspects of human resources.
Mastery of the labor code and current regulations.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize
IT Tools: Proficiency in HR software (HRIS), project management tools, and Microsoft Office
Data Analysis: Ability to interpret HR data to make informed decisions and measure the impact of HR policies
