HP Search is recruiting for Teamwork Consulting, a firm specializing in HR Consulting/Training/Coaching/Teambuilding, an Account Manager M/F.
The Account Manager and/or Business Developer contributes to the company's revenue growth by developing strategic business opportunities and managing a portfolio of prospects and clients. They design high-value-added offers in training, consulting, or recruitment, while ensuring the quality of services and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business development and prospecting
- Identify new business opportunities and prospect new clients.
- Carry out targeted prospecting actions in line with the firm's strategy.
- Develop high-value-added arguments and proposals, and tailor-made commercial offers (medium to large-scale plans, training cycles, specific programs).
- Respond to client consultations and develop personalized offers.
- Participate in contract negotiation and signing.
- Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Build a relationship of trust and long-term partnership with each client.
- Work closely with trainers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of assignments.
- Monitor progress, quality, and performance of delivered services.
- Report on activities to the Firm's Management.
- Track invoicing and participate in payment collection.
- Update CRM tools and participate in dashboard updates.
- Participate in professional events, seminars, and trade shows to promote the company's offerings.
- Act as a brand ambassador with partners and prospects.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, HR management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the training, consulting, or recruitment sectors is a plus.
