It is now looking for a field sales leader, capable of driving national growth, raising the execution level of the teams, and maximizing the potential of both traditional and modern / GMS channels.
Reporting to General Management, you play a central role in commercial performance and are responsible for:
- Defining the national sales strategy and objectives
- Managing, structuring, and developing the field sales force
- Developing presence and performance across all distribution channels
- Monitoring profitability indicators, securing margins, and managing customer risk
- Analyzing results, identifying growth drivers, and deploying effective action plans
- Ensuring active market monitoring and contributing to strategic decisions
