Job :
Reporting to the Payroll and Administrative Management department, you will be responsible for managing payroll and processing administrative requests for employees in your portfolio.
In this role, your main tasks will be:
- Process and verify the compliance of recruitment files,
- Update employee file data,
- Process and control payroll for employees in your portfolio,
- Handle tasks related to personnel administrative management,
- File and archive administrative documentation,
- Prepare activity dashboards for the portfolio,
- Communicate, inform, and guide your internal clients.
Required profile :
- You have a university degree or equivalent, in Human Resources, Economics, Accounting, or Control.
- You have proven experience of 3 to 6 years in a similar role.
Proficiency in HR ACCESS is desired.
- You have a thorough knowledge of Moroccan labor law, you are rigorous, organized, responsive, and you have proven interpersonal skills and a strong sense of confidentiality.
